Returns & Exchanges

Change your Mind, or not the right size?

No worries! As long as the item you received is unwashed, with tags we will exchange the item for free.

We have a 30-day return after receiving your item in order to request a return, exchange and/or refund. Sale items are final and are excluded from any returns, excahnges, or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@siriusfits.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

FAQs

The Go Beyond Collection is made of a compressive blend offering athletes maximum support. Due to this, we recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes.

Soon! Our goal for early 2024 is to push for more size inclusivity in order to better serve athletes from all walks of like. This means adding XS, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL.

Currently, we use USPS for our shipping needs.

Our initial launch included four beautiful, neutral colors:

  • Lunar (blue/gray)
  • Horizon (deep navy)
  • Scarlet (vivid red)
  • Onyx (true black)
